We're happy to answer your questions regarding identity theft, scams, credit reports, etc. and we will respond as quickly as we can. Give us as much information as possible, but DO NOT include any personal information like your Date of Birth, SSN, credit card or bank account numbers.

We do not offer phone support, so please do not send us your phone number along with a request to call you.
